MGA club football beats Alabama Prep 47-20 in first game at NeSmith Field since 2001
COCHRAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Middle Georgia State’s club football team picked up its first win of the season Thursday.
The Knights, playing in their second exhibition game of 2015, beat Alabama Prep 47-20 in the first college football game at NeSmith Field in 14 years.
It was the Knights’ first game since an 81-7 loss at GMC last month.
They’ll host Elite Performance Sports Academy Thursday, September 17. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. and admission is free.
