An incoming cold front from the west is expected to arrive Wednesday evening/early Thursday. This front is likely to bring some thunderstorms with it to Middle Georgia as it passes. At this time severe weather is not expected with these storms however don’t be surprised if the more intense storms bring a couple of strong to damaging wind gusts. On the other side of the front expect the wind to pick up as temperatures gradually cool down through the weekend.
