Macon domestic disturbance call leads to drug arrest
The sheriff’s office says deputies first responded to a domestic disturbance before finding drugs inside the home

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A Macon man was arrested Wednesday after a domestic disturbance call led to a drug investigation, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office says deputies were called to the 1100 block of Edna Place Road at 12:09 p.m. for a domestic disturbance.
Deputies were later told someone had been cut, but when they got there, they determined no one had been cut.
The sheriff’s office says deputies then found marijuana inside the home.
Deputies arrested 33-year-old Aldridge Leshawn Davis as part of a drug investigation.
Davis was charged with purchase or possession of a controlled substance in Schedule II and criminal trespass, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division is investigating.
