UPDATE (7/15/26): A Flock license plate camera captured missing 70-year-old Teresa “Terri” Meharg’s black Jeep Patriot entering Interstate 75 south from Eisenhower Parkway in Macon around 12:45 a.m. Monday, according to her daughter.

Kelly Haynes tells 41NBC her mother was last seen Sunday night at Blossom Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as Fountain Blue Rehab and Nursing, on Whiteside Road in south Macon.

Meharg’s normal shift was from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Haynes says she spoke with her mother by phone shortly after 8 p.m. Meharg said she was staying late to finish charting and planned to visit Haynes afterward. Coworkers told Haynes they left around 9 p.m. while Meharg was still there, according to Haynes.

Haynes says Meharg clocked in but did not clock out. Her purse, cellphone and wallet were later found on a bench outside the facility, but Meharg and her vehicle were gone.

Haynes is concerned her mother may have experienced a medical problem or become confused.

Haynes says Eisenhower Parkway is not part of her mother’s normal route home to Houston County and that no additional camera detections of the Jeep have been reported to her. The vehicle’s license plate is SAB1703.

Meharg has relatives in the Lake City and Live Oak areas of Florida and could have traveled there if she became confused, according to Haynes.

Haynes clarified that her mother is 70 years old and 5 feet, 7 inches tall, correcting information included in the original flyer shared by Centerville police. Meharg weighs about 175 pounds and has light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing medical scrubs.

If you see Meharg or have information on where she is, call Haynes at (478) 319-3940, the Centerville Police Department at (478) 953-4222 or Macon Regional Crimestoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
