Police: Juvenile hospitalized with apparent stab wounds in Warner Robins; arrest made

Police say the person arrested faces an aggravated assault charge under the Family Violence Act. The juvenile’s condition was not released.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A juvenile was taken to a hospital with apparent stab wounds early Saturday, and police arrested someone in connection with the assault, according to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department.

The release said officers responded to King Forrest Drive around 2:45 a.m. after a reported domestic violence assault and found the injured juvenile.

Officers provided aid before EMS took the juvenile to a local hospital for treatment.

Police said the person arrested is charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act. The release did not identify the person arrested or provide the juvenile’s condition.

The assault remains under investigation.
