Three Kite residents charged in teen sexual abuse investigation
The sheriff's office says a 16-year-old victim disclosed abuse and two adults did not report it.

WRIGHTSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Three people from Kite are facing multiple felony charges after investigators say a teenager was sexually abused over more than a year and two adults failed to report or protect the victim.
According to a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office news release, arrest warrants were issued January 28 for 45-year-old Dallas Fuller. 38-year-old Leslie Hill and 79-year-old Tommie Fuller after a criminal investigation by the department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
Investigators say the case involves a 16-year-old confidential victim.
According to the release, Dallas Fuller was arrested February 3 and is charged with five counts of child molestation and one count of sexual battery. Investigators say the alleged abuse happened between September 23, 2024, and January 12, 2026, when the victim was between 15 and 16 years old.
According to the release, Leslie Hill is charged with six counts of felony cruelty to children and one count of influencing a witness. Tommie Fuller is charged with one count of felony cruelty to children.
Investigators say the victim disclosed the abuse to both Hill and Tommie Fuller, but that neither reported the abuse nor took steps to protect the victim.
The sheriff’s office says the investigation began January 26 after CID received information related to the case. Investigators say they gathered evidence over the following week before warrants were issued for all three suspects.
Sheriff Greg Rowland called the alleged actions “unacceptable and despicable.”
“Preying on our children is a heartless and disgraceful betrayal,” Rowland said. “We will continue to take any action possible to protect the victims and arrest all individuals that prey on our children.”
