441 Speedway in Dublin making the races cheaper this season

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – 441 Speedway in Dublin is making it cheaper to go to the races this season.

David Williams has taken over the track.  Slashing prices is just one of the ways he’s trying to get people to the speedway.
The track itself has actually been redone.  It features 18 degrees of progressive banking now, and it’s wider too–by at least 30 feet.  If you don’t have anything to do on Saturday nights this summer, Williams says this is the place to be.

“We’ve gone where the kids 8 and under get in free, trying to help out families,” Williams says.  “We have two and three wide racing all the time, not just an occasional spurt.  It’s the whole race, and you don’t see that much on dirt tracks anymore.”

They’re actually off this Saturday night, but Friday night, karts will take to the high banks. For more info, check out 441speedway.com.
