Man Crashes Car on I-75 in Macon, Pronounced Dead At Hospital

MACON, Ga – A car crash in Macon killed a man. According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened Wednesday night just after 10 p.m. on Interstate 75 Southbound at the Hartley Bridge Overpass.

Deputies say 40 year old Darrell Lamar Carson, of Roberta, lost control of his car and ran into the center median concrete barrier. He was pronounced dead at Medical Center Navicent Health. No one else was injured during the crash.
