(41NBC/WMGT) — Coach Malcom Strapp is back with 41NBC to bring you a workout for this week that focuses on your health in cardio and core muscles. The workout has 3 rounds, with 45 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest, with a minute to a minute and a half of rest after each round.

ROUND 1: Vertical bounds/ Alternating Toe Touches

ROUND 2:Run in place/Push up Plank knee jacks

ROUND 3:Double Jumping Jack squats/ Bicycles
