WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Upper body and Lower body

(41NBC/WMGT) — Coach Malcom Strapp brings 41NBC a Workout Wednesday this week that focuses on exercising the upper and lower body regions. The workout will take place in 3 rounds with 3 sets of 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest, with about a minute to a minute and a half of rest after each round.

ROUND 1: In Place High Knee lunge/Wall Sitting

ROUND 2: Push up plank Shoulder Taps/Offset Push-up

ROUND 3: Plank/Hip Thrust
