Multiple search warrants served in Warner Robins drug investigation
Police say the operation is tied to an 18- to 24-month investigation into criminal narcotics sales activity.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Warner Robins police say search warrants were executed at several locations across the city Wednesday as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Police say the operation was connected to an investigation into criminal narcotics sales activity over the past 18 to 24 months.
The search warrants were executed by the Warner Robins Police Department Narcotics Investigations Unit and the GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force.
Several local, state and federal agencies assisted, including the GBI, Georgia State Patrol, Georgia Department of Corrections, Houston County Sheriff’s Office SRT, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshals Service task forces and the Houston County District Attorney’s Office.
Warner Robins police did not release information Wednesday about any arrests, evidence recovered or specific locations searched.
The department says additional details will be released later through a joint release with participating agencies.
Police say the investigation remains active and ongoing.
