Unsettled weather continues behind Fred
MACON, Georgia. (41NBC/WMGT)- Fred is gone, but unsettled weather will continue through the next week.
Clouds will hang around through the night as temperatures only fall into the middle 70’s. A few showers may linger past sunset, but a mostly dry night is expected.
Heat and humidity will be the name of the game again Thursday. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be isolated across the region. Under a mix of sun and clouds temperatures will warm into the low and middle 90’s. Heat index values tomorrow will be in the 100° to 105° range. Tomorrow evening we will see temperatures fall into the middle 70’s under a partly cloudy sky.
FRIDAY & BEYOND.
Rain and storm chances will remain isolated Friday before scattered showers and storms move in for the weekend. It is not going to be a washout, but you can expect to be dodging showers and storms throughout the weekend. Temperatures will be climbing as well. Our temperatures look to peak on Monday in the middle 90’s before slowly falling into the low 90’s by the middle of the week.
