Tubman Museum

The Tubman Museum in Macon is Middle Georgia's home for African American art, history, and culture. You can invest today in the museum's mission by becoming a member. Call (478) 257-5114 or visit TubmanMuseum.com. Artist and educator memberships are $25; individual memberships are $30; family memberships cost $60.

Tubman membership provides free admission to the museum for a full year and free or reduced admission to special Tubman events.

Your membership supports the many programs and exhibits offered at the museum. Those programs include outreach programs in the visual and performing arts in our community. The Tubman Museum in Macon is one of the largest museums in the nation devoted to African American art, history, and culture. All that Jazz and the Pan African Festival are among the museum's most popular annual events. The museum's regular hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm, but be sure to call or check the museum's website, in case there's a special event planned.
