Teen pedestrian hit by SUV

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an accident involving a pedestrian.

43-year-old Wendy Woodcock was heading west bound on Riverside Drive when
15-year-old Sherod Brooks ran across the street.

Brooks, who wasn’t using a crosswalk, was struck by Woodcock’s SUV.

He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.

No charges have been filed
