Residents honored at Bibb County Sheriff’s District Four Luncheon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -Two Macon residents were honored at the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office District four luncheon Tuesday morning

Lieutenant Cornelius Pendleton said the two residents have always been helpful to police for more than 60 years.

Pendleton said police need the community’s help to solve crimes.

“And if it’s not for the community a lot of these incidents and crimes wouldn’t be solved and that’s being truthful with you,” Pendleton said.

He hosts the Christmas luncheon every year, but this year’s luncheon was the first where residents were honored.
