UPDATE: Man charged with felony murder after Warner Robins welfare check death
Police say the case is classified as family violence and no suspects are at large.

UPDATE: Warner Robins Police say a 31-year-old man is now in custody in connection with a death discovered during a welfare check on Wednesday.
According to an update, Brandon Diaz is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the death of 34-year-old Krystal Gilbert.
Police did not reveal the relationship between Diaz and Gilbert or say Diaz was the man found unresponsive Wednesday, but they did classify the case as family violence and said it was isolated to Diaz and Gilbert. No suspects are at large.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Police are investigating a death after officers responded to a welfare check at a home in Warner Robins early Wednesday morning.
According to the Warner Robins Police Department, officers were called around 7:10 a.m. to a residence in the 100 block of Kay Drive. When officers gained entry into the home, they found a female victim deceased on the floor.
Police say a male was also located inside a bedroom unresponsive. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. His condition has not been released.
The department’s Criminal Investigations Division and Identification Criminalistics unit responded to process the scene as part of an ongoing death investigation. No additional details about the circumstances surrounding the incident have been released at this time.
