Museum of Aviation’s raffle winner donates grand prize back to the Museum

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Museum of Aviation Foundation (MOAF) has announced the winners from their 35th Annual Auction/Raffle and Taste of Local Cuisine from early July.

On July 10, three cash prizes were awarded by raffle at the MOAF’s event- the grand prize winner was given $20,000 cash who then turned around and gifted the cash back directly to the Museum. The grand prize winner has chosen to remain anonymous. According to the MOAF’s press release, the second place winner with $5,000 was Jessica Pedue and the third place with $2,500 was Walt Miller.

Proceeds from the event benefited the Museum of Aviation, which functions as one of the largest education-centered aviation museums in the United States.
