Michelle Nunn participates in community day in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Michelle Nunn visited Burghard Elementary where she read to students and worked in the community garden.

Since there are only a few weeks left until Election Day, 41NBC had the opportunity to talk with Nunn about her campaign.

“We feel great about the polls and most importantly, I feel great about the momentum, excitement, and energy that I see from voters across the state and I’m going right now to remind people about early voting,” explained Nunn.

Nunn headed over to the Board of Elections after her visit to Burghard. Early voting is open now and will close on October 31st.

Nunn faces Republican David Perdue on Election Day – November 4th.
