Jones County sheriff’s deputies looking for animal cruelty suspect

JONES COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jones County sheriff’s deputies need your help finding a man wanted for animal cruelty. 

They say Michael Haynes allegedly had several malnourished dogs at his home. 

One dog had a wire wrapped around its neck so tight, it lodged into its skin.

Haynes has been on the run since January, and deputies haven’t had any luck finding him.
