Davis wins All Star Stock Car race at Cochran Motor Speedway

COCHRAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The hometown boy took the checkered flag in Sunday’s All-Star Stock Car Series race at Cochran Motor Speedway.

Davis, a regular contender at CMS, was one of 37 drivers racing in the series, which was making its first appearance at the speedway.

Valdosta’s Cole Exum won the Late Model event, Cochran’s Jason Floyd won Pure Stock, Cochran’s Justin Sapp won Super Street, Columbus’ Joseph Brown won Sportsman and Tennille’s Jefferey Yates won Bomber.

The track is off this weekend. Races resume Saturday, June 6
