Community organizations partner for Houston County back to school bash

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The 7th Annual Back2School Bash is open to Houston County youth.

Several organizations, including the Warner Robins Housing Authority, and community partners such as :Peach State Health Plan, the City of Warner Robins, Houston Healthcare, HODAC, Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, UICF, the Houston County Board of Education and more are sponsoring the event to give school supplies away to local children.

Students will be able to receive free backpacks, school supplies and food during the event. Also, there will be information booths available for parents, plus free haircuts fro kids and games.

The Back2School Bash will be held July 22 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McConnell-Talbert Stadium, located at 400 South Davis Drive in Warner Robins.
