Bradley departs Mercer men’s golf program

MACON, Ga. (MERCER ATHLETICS RELEASE) – Former Mercer men’s golf coach Steve Bradley was introduced as the next head coach at South Florida in an announcement made by USF Director of Athletics Mark Harlan on Saturday.

“We appreciate the contributions Steve has made to Mercer University and our men’s golf program,” Mercer Director of Athletics Jim Cole said. “During his three years at Mercer, he elevated the program to new heights. We will always consider Steve, Jen, Campbell and Collins part of the Mercer family. We wish them all the best in the future.”

A national search for Mercer’s next men’s golf head coach is underway. The Bears are set to return nine players from the 2014 Atlantic Sun Championship squad next season, including 2014 A-Sun Player of the Year Trey Rule.
