Taylor Gilchrist is a reporter for 41NBC News. He graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a degree in journalism. During his time in college, Taylor covered UGA’s women’s basketball program for The Red & Black, as well as numerous other stories in the Athens-Clarke County area while volunteering for Grady Newsource.
Taylor is originally from Statesboro, GA. He spent a summer working as a news intern close to home in Savannah. When he’s not reporting, Taylor loves to play basketball and tennis, watch Georgia football games, and play with his pet pitbull terrier. As he steps into his role at 41NBC, Taylor is excited to use his experience to connect with, uplift the voices of and tell the stories of people in the Middle Georgia community.
