Robber beats store employee with gun during Macon robbery

It happened at Kim’s Fashions and Internet at 5598 Bloomfield Road around 2:30 p.m.

Two suspects entered the store, both covering their faces with shirts.

One went to a female employee, pointed a gun at her and demanded money, while the other man walked to the back of the store to the gaming machines.

The employee did not originally move from the couch.

The man with the gun went behind the counter and threw the cash register on the floor to try to open it.

He demanded she give him money for the second time.

As she stood up, he hit her in the head with the gun.

She then gave him some cash and ran out of the store.

Both suspects left the store.

The employee was treated at the store and didn’t want to be taken to a hospital.
