Macon judge upholds charges against Wings Cafe suspects
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Bibb County magistrate court judge says charges against two suspects involved in December’s Wings Cafe murders in Macon will stand.
Lawyers for Vertuice Wall and Kenyatta Lester tried to get some of those charges dropped. Wall is facing one count of murder and another charge of criminal street gang activity.
Lester is facing two counts of murder, six counts of aggravated assault, and one count of criminal street gang activity.
Three people died in the shooting. Five men are charged with murder.
