Band of the Week: Peach County High School

This week’s 41NBC Band of the Week spotlight shines on Peach County High School.

“The high school has a rich tradition of band, and this year we’re really looking forward to our halftime show.”

The band’s ’90s-themed production is giving students the opportunity to have fun while celebrating an era that continues to resonate with audiences.

“The fans are excited about it. The kids are excited about it. We’re having fun with it,” Elliott said.

The band will take the show to competition at the end of September, giving the students another opportunity to showcase their hard work and talent.

As the season continues, Elliott hopes the band can build on Peach County’s longstanding musical tradition.

“We like to be able to continue that tradition of excellence in Peach County,” she said
