Melissa is gonna churn slowly in the southern Caribbean as it intensifies over the next few days. The NHC does expect it to become a Major Hurricane ahead of/over the coming weekend. As of now there still isn’t any real definitive direction the storm will go after meandering west the next day or two. Should it make a northerly turn at some point it will warrant watching in the Southeastern US.
