2 men hospitalized after shooting on Tinsley Road in Macon

The shooting happened within the 3700 block of Tinsley Drive near the intersection of James Street in Macon. 

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Two men are hospitalized after a shooting on Tuesday night, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened within the 3700 block of Tinsley Drive near the intersection of James Street in Macon.

The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb Emergency-911 Center at 10:52 p.m. on December 10.

Deputies responded to Tinsley Drive in reference to shots being fired.

A 27-year-old man and  30-year-old man were suffering from gunshot wounds and taken to a local hospital by ambulance.

Both victims are listed to be in critical condition. The next of kin has not been notified.

Investigators are currently working to determine what led up to the shooting. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
