Fight At Cigar And Hookah Lounge, Ends With Shots Fired And Car Crash

Centerville, Ga – Police in Centerville say a fight that started at Cigar and Hookah Lounge ended with shots being fired and a car crash.

According to Centerville Police Captain Billy Boney, a fight broke out at at the Chocolate Room, a cigar and hookah lounge, at 351 North Highway 41. The fight continued out in the parking lot where, Boney says, several gunshots were fired, hitting cars and the building.

Boney says a small and large SUV left the parking lot and headed north on Highway 41. They collided at the intersection of Highway 41 and Highway 49.

Boney says one of the SUV’s was found at the site of the crash and the other was abandoned at Georgia Bob’s Barbeque in Byron.

Centerville Police Investigators and Patrol are continuing the investigation. At this time,  police are unsure if anyone was shot. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, call the Centerville Police Department at 478-953-4222.
