WRPD: Man faces multiple charges after search warrant execution leads to narcotics seizure

The Warner Robins Police Department arrested a man on multiple drug trafficking charges after seizing narcotics on Thursday.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Warner Robins Police Department arrested a man on multiple drug trafficking charges after seizing narcotics on Thursday.

According to a news release, members of the Narcotics Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at 100 Kinley Ann Court at 9 a.m. and seized a large amount of illegal drugs and firearms. Police identified the suspect as 57-year-old Nicholas Durham.

Officers say they recovered seven ounces of fentanyl valued at $14,000, 3.8 ounces of methamphetamine valued at $494, 2.1 ounces of crack cocaine valued at $5,900 and 28 ounces of marijuana valued at $4,200. Additional drugs seized included 16.2 grams of heroin valued at $3,200 and 14.3 grams of powder cocaine valued at $1,400. Officers also confiscated 748 oxycodone pills, 803 alprazolam pills and 207 hydrocodone pills, as well as other prescription drugs, two firearms and $4,379 in cash.

Durham faces multiple charges, including trafficking fentanyl, methamphetamine, and heroin, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He also faces charges for possessing Schedule II, III and IV drugs with intent to distribute.

Police say the investigation also uncovered a storage unit leased by Durham, where of of the items were found.
