Workout Wednesday: High-intensity interval training

MACON, Ga –  High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a technique where you give your all to short, intense exercises followed by a long recovery.

Allen Redmond, a personal trainer with Navicent Health’s Wellness Center, visited Daybreak to talk about the benefits of this type of training.
