Woman dies after traffic accident in north Bibb County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A traffic accident claimed the life of 83- year old Agnes Beck Tuesday morning.

Officials say she was traveling east on Zebulon Road just before 7:45 Monday night, when her vehicle crossed over the westbound lane traveling off the roadway and hit a fence. She was taken to the Macon Northside Hospital for treatment and then transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia where she later died.

Assistant Coroner Miley pronounced Beck dead around 12:20 a.m. According to the coroner’s office, her death was medically related.

The next of kin has been notified.
