Woman charged after triple shooting outside CRU Lounge in Warner Robins

A woman is charged after three people were shot outside a lounge early Friday.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A woman is charged after three people were shot outside a lounge early Friday.

A Warner Robins Police Department news release says it happened just before 2 a.m. at CRU Lounge, located at 85 S Highway 247 in Warner Robins.

24-year-old Katlyn Green is charged in connection with the shootings.

According to the release, officers responded in reference to a “possible active shooting incident.” Upon arrival, officers saw multiple cars and people fleeing. They then secured the scene and began rendering first aid.

28-year-old Kadarius Kendrick, 27-year-old Deandre Dodson and 27-year-old Ta’Kera James were all shot. Kendrick was shot in the leg, Dodson had a gunshot wound to the upper chest area and James had a “grazing wound,” the release said. All were treated at local hospitals.

Detectives say a fight between unknown parties led to the shooting.

“Katlyn Green was involved and used a handgun to shoot the victims,” the release said.

Green is charged with aggravated assault.
