Wings Cafe murder suspect’s attorney claims self defense

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jaquez Foster will go to trial for his alleged role in the incident that left three people dead and three others injured at a Macon nightclub.

Foster is one of five murder suspects. During his commitment hearing on Wednesday, a Bibb County Magistrate judge decided there is enough evidence against Foster to proceed with prosecution.

According to a detective, a surveillance video from that night shows Foster firing a gun.

Foster’s attorney tells 41NBC he believes it was in self defense.

Foster is still in jail without bond.
