Windsor Academy holds memorial service for San Bernardino shooting victim

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Friends and former classmates at Windsor Academy gathered Saturday to remember Shannon Johnson, one of the 14 killed in this month’s mass shooting in San Bernardino.

Johnson was remembered for his athletic skills, but those who knew who him say his actions during the shooting are his greatest achievement. Johnson died protecting a coworker.

He was buried next to his father in Jesup.
