While there has been plenty of sunshine throughout the day today a handful of clouds will pass overhead as a cold front moves through this evening and overnight. No rain will come with these clouds, however. The strong winds of the afternoon from the southwest will become northwesterly with gusts that still reach to around 17  mph. Sustained speeds will range from 10-15 mph. Low temperatures will mainly be in the mid 30s. Conditions should stay above freezing (Lows for Gordon and Gray are off by a day, the ones shown are Friday AM numbers).

Friday and Beyond

Friday will be the warmest day of the week as temperatures push into the low to mid 60s around the region, accompanied by southwest winds of 5-15 mph. Gusts could push as high as 25 mph. Warming will continue into the weekend with a cold front expected Saturday night. A few showers or perhaps a storm could be possible with the passage of that front. That front will lead to a windy Sunday and a cold start to next week.
