UPDATE: Twin brothers arrested for fatal Buffalo Wild Wings shooting in Milledgeville, police identify victim
Police say the situation started as an argument between two employees that turned physical before escalating to gunfire.

UPDATE (8/24/25): Milledgeville Police have identified the person who died after being shot at Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday.
According to a news release, the victim was 25-year-old Nytavious Stone.
Police also revealed the identities of the two people arrested in connection with the shooting.
25-year-old Micha Shannon Brown is charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
25-year-old William Shannon Brown is charged with aggravated assault.
The Milledgeville Police Department did confirm that the two men arrested are twin brothers.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Milledgeville Police say an employee is dead after a shooting Saturday outside Buffalo Wild Wings on N Columbia St.
According to a news release from the department, officers were called to the restaurant for a reported physical altercation. While officers were on the way, the situation escalated to a shooting.
Police said they found a person with multiple gunshot wounds on the side of the building. The victim was taken Atrium Health Navicent for treatment but died at the hospital. The person’s identity has not been released.
Investigators say the preliminary findings show an argument between two employees led to a physical fight that ended with one of them being shot. Two people, who have not been identified, are in custody in connection with the shooting.
“This appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to the public,” the release said. “Detectives are continuing their investigation, and further information will be released as it becomes available.”
