UPDATE: Suspect arrested for killing a Dublin man

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Dublin Police arrested 33-year-old Antonio Terrell Davis after a warrant was issued for his involvement in the killing of a Dublin man.

Monday night around 7:24, 22-year-old Timothy Jones was shot in the chest outside Dublin Foods on North Jefferson Street.

Jones ran to the Southern Manor Apartment Complex on 511 Garfield Street where an ambulance took him to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

About 30 minutes later, shots were fired into Davis’ home on Prince Street in Dublin.
Dublin police have not connected whether the two shootings are related.
