The Perry Police Department says detectives have identified a person of interest in a quadruple homicide earlier this month.

UPDATE (4/17/2025 at 4:49 p.m.): The Perry Police Department says detectives have identified a person of interest in a quadruple homicide earlier this month.
According to a news release, 34-year-old Michael James Jordan is in custody on charges of aggravated stalking, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and violation of probation. He has not been charged with the murders.
The investigation is active and ongoing, police said.

UPDATE (4/7/2025 at 4:45 p.m.) According to the Perry Police Department, it was determined that three of the victims were stabbed and one was suffocated.
Perry PD says they are still following up on leads and making sure we they do a thorough job of processing evidence.

Perry Police have identified the victims as 37-year-old Tuquondrea Robinson, 51-year-old Michelle Joiner, 82-year-old Beaulah Robinson and 2-year-old A’laoiah Joiner.
The bodies have been taken to the GBI Crime Lab.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Perry Police Department officers found four deceased family members, including a child, during a welfare check Friday night at a mobile home park.
A person of interest is being interviewed, according to a news release.
Police responded just before 6:45 p.m. to a home at Timberline Mobile Home Park on Gaines Drive after receiving a request for a welfare check.
All four victims were related, police said, and police believe the suspect knew them.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting and processing the crime scene. The victims’ identities have not been released.
Police believe the incident is isolated and that there is no danger to the community.
