UPDATE (1/6): Deputies say 39-year-old Stephen Nicholas Bennett has been located and Is safe.

GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Jones County deputies are looking for a man who hasn’t been seen since around 2 a.m. on New Year’s Day.

A Jones County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post Friday said 39-year-old Stephen Nicholas Bennett was last seen walking toward New Clinton Road wearing a camo hoodie, black pants and blue slides.

He’s about 5’10 and weighs about 175 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes.
