Update: Man arrested for robbing Macon AutoZone
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The U.S. Marshal’s and Bibb County Sheriff’s office arrested a man for Wednesday night’s AutoZone robbery.
Marquis Sanford is charged with two counts of armed robbery. He’s also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Sanford is being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. No bond has been set.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A man robbed an auto parts store on Shurling Drive in Macon Wednesday just before 9 p.m.
He entered carrying a gun and demanded money.
The clerks gave him the money and he ran away.
He was wearing a dark gray jacket, a dark in color hood, blue jeans, gray and white shoes and a red shirt with a yellow design on it.
