UPDATE: Charlotte Carstarphen has been located safe and unharmed, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing woman who deputies were told is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office news release, 54-year-old Charlotte Carstarphen was last seen just before 3 p.m. Friday in the 3800 block of Pio Nono Avenue. Her family reported her missing.

Charlotte Carstarphen, pictured above, has black hair and brown eyes. She’s about 5’4″ and weighs about 220 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light yellow dress.

Earlier Friday, the sheriff’s office informed media outlets of a separate missing person case. Deputies said 56-year-old Gina Ratliff’s family had last heard from her on July 28.
