Two men arrested in Houston County drug bust

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Houston County Sheriff’s Office makes a huge drug bust.  Narcotics investigators have seized 164 packs of Spice, which is synthetic marijuana.  We’re told that has an estimated street value of $82,000 dollars.

They also recovered numerous prescription drugs, a .380 caliber handgun, and $615 in cash.

Thirty-six-year-old Durand Felder and 30-year-old Tradvious McIver are charged with possession with the intent to distribute and possession of a Schedule 4 drug.  McIver is also facing possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Both are in jail without bond.

Deputies say their investigation started several weeks ago when hospital officials notified them it was treating some patients who had a bad reaction to the illegal drug.
