Toys for Tots pick-up at 41NBC

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -Members with Toys for Tots stopped by the 41NBC studio to pick up donations made by middle Georgians over the past few weeks.

Toys for Tots is a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve program that gives toys to families who need a little help during the holiday season.

Staff Sergeant Joshua Colantonio says the program is a great for those who may not have the finances to buy gifts for their kids for Christmas.

The program collected over $20,000 worth of toys, benefiting 1200 families in the Bibb and Houston County areas.
