UPDATE: 21-year-old woman wanted in connection with triple October 18 triple homicide
Two people died at the scene and a third died at the hospital, according to the coroner and sheriff's office.

UPDATE (10/23/25): The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find 21-year-old Rekeymia Shatayla Henley of Macon. Investigators say Henley is wanted in connection with the October 18 shooting deaths on Williams Street. She faces three counts of felony murder and one count of destruction of evidence.
Deputies say Henley is about 5’6″ and weighs 135 pounds. They say she has braces and has tattoos along her right arm and thigh. Her photo is attached.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Three people are dead after being shot overnight on Williams Street in Macon.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Macon-Bibb E-911 received a call about a shooting in the 500 block of Williams Street just before 10:30 p.m.
The caller said the person shot, later identified by Coroner Leon Jones as 27-year-old Quantayris Townsend, had been taken to the hospital. Jones says medical staff at Piedmont Macon pronounced him dead at the hospital.
Deputies then received an additional call and responded to the same area, where they found two people unresponsive with gunshot wounds. Both victims, identified by Jones as 21-year-old Brandon Thomas and 16-year-old Markell Bonner Jr., died at the scene.
