Temperatures begin to warm Thursday afternoon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Temperatures will start creeping back into the upper 80s Thursday.
This Evening
It’s been another sunny day across Middle Georgia with some pleasant breezes here and there. Expect another clear and cool night with at least half the region likely to get down into the upper 50s ahead of Thursday morning. Wind will be light from the north-northeast around 5 mph.
Tomorrow
Thursday will be another sunny day across Middle Georgia however this time highs should largely get into the mid 80s around the region. Wind will still be light from the northeast around 5 mph.
Overnight will be clear with light wind still from the northeast. Lows will hover around 60 degrees for most of the region.
Friday and Beyond
Mostly sunny conditions will continue to end the week as temperatures begin to climb into low 90s in the warmest spots. Wind will stay out of the northeast, however, keeping overnight lows largely in the low to mid 60s.
The Tropics
A new disturbance has been identified as Invest92L and it’s just off the west coast of Africa with 20% odds to become a depression within the next 7 days.
