It will be a dreary day Sunday as temperatures stay cool, clouds remain overhead, and heavy rain along with strong winds take over. Rain will likely begin shortly after sunrise, getting heavier as the morning continues. Highs in the afternoon will likely only climb into the upper 40s and lower 50s as the rain sticks around. Wind will also be quite strong, ranging from 10-25 mph and gusting over 30 mph out of the northeast.
