What has been a cloudy day will see skies clear through the evening hours. This will mainly occur after the sunset for the vast majority of Middle Georgia. It will be a chilly night as northwest winds of 5-10 mph bring in cold and dry air, dropping temperatures into the upper 20s for most of the region. Faucets do not need to be dripped despite the cold conditions.

Mostly sunny skies are expected for Tuesday across Middle Georgia with cloud cover being limited to high cirrus clouds that move in from the southwest during the afternoon and evening. Highs will reach the low to mid 50s with wind from the northwest ranging from 5-10 mph, gusting to 15-20 mph.

Overnight will features scattered cirrus clouds and temperatures that drop to around the 30 degree mark. Again faucets will not need to be dripped. Wind will flow from the north-northwest at around 5 mph.

Temperatures will remain below average through Wednesday before things warm up some over the back half of the week. Expect things to remain dry through Friday with rain odds returning over the weekend.
