Hurricane Kirk is still churning in the Atlantic ocean and off to it’s southeast Tropical Depression 13 has formed. It (Thirteen) is far enough south that those along the east coast of the US should at least keep an eye on it for now. Additionally the area in the Gulf of Mexico still has a 40% chance to become a tropical depression in the next 7 days.
