Southern Storm Leaves Three Dead

Violent storms spawn tornadoes across the South, leaving at least three people dead and injuring dozens more.  NBC’s Dan Scheneman reports.
(NBC News)  At least three people were killed Tuesday when a line of severe thunderstorms and tornadoes swept across several southern states.

The two deaths were reported at a mobile home park near Convent, Louisiana.  Dozens more were injured.

A third person was killed when a possible tornado touched down in Lamar County, Mississippi.

More severe storms are expected throughout the day on Wednesday.
